What a nice change for a turkey meatloaf! The feta and sun dried tomatoes add great flavor. Delish!

Delish and very easy to make! I followed the recipe exactly, but added some shredded mozzarella and provolone on top during the last few minutes of cooking. It was moist and flavorful, and I will never go back to hamburger! It was just as tasty the next day for leftover sandwiches! Her recipes have never disappointed! :~

Not our favorite. Salty from the feta, not a ton of flavor from the sun-dried tomatoes. It was ok- not horrible, but just ok.

This was incredibly light and moist! we substituted roasted peppers for the tomatoes - which was really tasty.

My whole family LOVES this recipe. I always double it because it makes great sandwiches. It gets more flavorful as it sits. I've use really lean ground chicken and added a little olive oil. Yum!

AWESOME! Truly! I am not a huge fan of sundried tomatoes, so completely surprised how much I loved this recipe. I listened to previous reviewers and added NO salt to the mix. The feta and sun-dried tomatoes made the dish surprisingly salty, even though I added no real salt. I did add 1/2 cup more cheese (reduced fat 6-cheese blend The outcome of this recipe was so yummy! My husband and I both had seconds, which was easy to do looking at a pan without pools of fat / oil. And after dinner, neither of us felt sickly full. This is a gourmet version of warm comfort dinner food without the guilt. I am excited to make this for company. Delish and Different!!

This is the best meat loaf ever! And its perfect for me because I don't eat beef. I add a little more feta as well as some garlic and onion powder for flavor.
