Fantastic! Really easy recipe, and delicious combo of italian flavors, very moist and excellent flavor profile. Since I didn't have plain breadcrumbs on hand I sub'd italian style bread crumbs and that was good too. The husband loved it, will definitely serve this again!

Giada's recipes are always great. Unlike others, I always follow them to a tee. This one came out unbelievable good. Probably one of the top three I have pulled off the food network ever. I am sending it around to all my friends who love to cook! Thanks Giada!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Definitively delicious. I just decided to add some spanish chorizo and cayenne pepper to add a little bit of spicy, it turn out delicious. My friends and family love it.

Quick and easy guys! I held off on the salt as some of the others indicated. The feta cheese has enough salt already. I used pre-crumbled feta from the local market. Next time I'll be a little more generous on the cheese. Regular sun-dried tomatoes in oil work fine if you don't have the herb-marinated ones. I think either work better rather than dry ones, personally. If you have any left over flat leaf parsley, I suggest chopping some up and mixing it within garlic mashed potatoes prior to serving. It pairs nicely with the loaf. (I'm keeping this one.

Just tried this tonight and I loved it. Made it for myself and my boyfriend. Changes I made: fat free feta cheese, whole wheat plain breadcrumbs, cilantro ( instead of parsley, reg turkey meat, added some diced onion and used dry sundried tomato ( not ones in oil. Came out delish! Not too salty, pretty moist and tender. Made with side of sweet potato and broccoli. Yum

I love salty foods, but this meatloaf was a bit too salty, even for me. I think a half tsp would do, as the feta, in itself, is quite salty. The flavor, other than the salt, was nice, but it was a bit on the dry side, and would be better, as others said, with a gravy/sauce of some kind. I will probably try other meatloaf recipes in the future instead of making this one again.

This was excellent! I don't usually like turkey all that much but It didn't taste much different than the more typical meaty kind of meatloaf! I turned mine into meatballs and baked them on a cookie sheet. They were great with pasta in marinara sauce. Lots of flavor!
