Fantastic recipe. So tender and the sauce is very tasty! The gremolata herbs round out the flavor so nicely. A fantastic Sunday dinner with rice and a salad. I butchered a whole turkey as it was on sale this week, but I'm comfortable carving up a whole bird.

This recipe is UN-believable. I doubled the veggies for the sauce, and served it with couscous and a TON of the herbs. Everyone went nuts, pressing me for the recipe. It's a super easy meal to prepare, then pop it in the oven and its done! plus is makes the house smell incredible :

I seldom ate turkey except in sandwiches. No longer! This recipe is a keeper. I bought cutlets and they worked beautifully. Very easy and usually have all the ingredients on hand. Love it!

Today will be the third time I make this recipe. The entire family loves it! I followed the recipe exactly as written. Made the gremolata with lemon and orange zest and no rosemary. Made polenta with parmesan to serve along side. Delicious!

Love it! I saw the show about two years ago and this dish has been my husband's favorite. I cook it every thanksgiving for the 2 of us and on his birthday.I do reduce the oil but we both adore the Gremolata, extra freshness and flavor...thanks Giada

Amazing! I quartered a chicken and followed the recipe. Fabulous flavor. Loved the gremolata. Family asked for this every week.
