My turkey turned out dry and tasteless. Maybe chicken would be better. Labor intensive for little flavor. Will not make it again.

This dish is off the charts good. Healthy and affordable because of the turkey. It is better on day 2. My family enjoyed this comfort food dish. The meat fell right off the bone without becoming stringy.

I made this for my family (husband is Italian - and they were just delighted with it. They definitely want me to make it again - though next time it will be on a weekend when I have more time to devote to cooking!

This tasted so good and using turkey was healthier and more reasonably priced than using veal shanks like in traditional osso buco. The turkey was very tender.

I would love to know if any of the reviewers used boneless pieces of turkey like Giada did on the televised version of this recipe. The recipe is ambiguous - it says a butcher-cut breast of turkey cut in 3 pieces but Giada didn't use anything resembling that on TV. I don't know about you but the "butchers" in my local Safeway are more like meat "packagers". If I asked one to cut a turkey breast in 3 pieces I'd probably get a puzzled look.

My family and I loved this dish. I was a little concerned about the 2 hour cooking time. If you are, don't be. It was very tender and you have to make the gremolata to go with it. Will definately make again!

The Turkey Osso Buco was mouthwateringly good - and very easy to make. This one will definitely become a staple of my recipe file.

This recipe was heavenly! Used turkey thighs, and cooked for two hours and oh my, my husband couldn't get enough of it. Served over buttered egg noodles, this dish is a keeper!!!!!
