I used chicken instead of turkey and it was fantastic! The meat fell off the bone and had a fabulous flavor. The recipe was easier than I had expected as well. Will definitely do this one again, especially for a group!

I accidently bought chicken instead of turkey. I cut the time in half and it was perfect. The flavor was incredible and the chicken was moist. My neighbors came over for seconds, but there was nothing left. Great way to do chicken.

This was very simple. We really enjoyed it. I could see it done with pork or even beef. I served mine over a bed of mash potatoes and it was perfect! I highly suggest it.

This dish was great. The whole family loved it and it was easy to prepare. I'll make it again - and again!

FYI: I just watched and plan to make this tomorrow night. Two things I noticed, she cooked it 2 hours in the oven, which is not clearly stated in the directions. Also, I couldn't figure out if this was boneless turkey or not, but she finally mentioned it was tender enough to fall off the bone, so it's turkey with skin and bones.
