The hardest part of this recipe was finding turkey parts, I finally gave up and just bought a half turkey and cut it up myself. From then on everything was a breeze. I did think the sauce was too thin, so I made a roux and added it to thicken the sauce a bit. The turkey was wonderfully moist and flavored all the way through. The flavors in this are warm, earthy and cozy and the gremolata just brightens it up. I served this with a lemony risotto (using the remaining carrots, celery and onions from the osso bucco and broccoli rabe, a wonderful combination. This is simple enough to be a great family meal, but it is also special enough for company.

Wow, was this good. I made this tonight but I only had split chicken breast so I just used them. It was so delicious, my family just loved it (including my 8 and 6 year old! I served it with green beans and the vanilla butternut squash risotto and you can't get much better in a restaurant. I prepared the chicken in the afternoon and just had to bake it in the oven after I got home from all of the kids' activities. Could not have been easier. I will make this again for sure. Thank you, Giada, for yet another winner.

The fresh flavors of the gremolata complemented the hearty flavors of the Osso Buco beautifully! It's time consuming but not difficult. I was a turkey-cooking virgin and it came out so good. Made the whole house smell delicious. I served it with baked mashed potatoes with parmesan cheese & bread crumbs (another yummy Giada recipe and broccoli.

Turkey was very tender and moist and the gremolata was perfect with this. I also served it with orzo. I'm serving it next weekend for company. They will be so happy! Thanks Giada, for yet another wonderful and easy recipe.

I had never heard of this dish before, but saw the episode and decided to make it for dinner. It's not a quick meal, but it sure was delicious! It's soul food for sure! I served it with orzo pasta.

This dish has amazing flavor! The meat is nice and tender. Don't skip the topping at the end it really does brighten the flavors.

This was by far the BEST turkey dish we have ever had. I did a whole turkey cut up and it was a hit with everyone. The herbs and lemon just enhance the turkey. I will never cook the "traditional" turkey again. Thanks for sharing the recipe.

Our Grocery Store had a sale on roasting chicken that were already split up. I just added a package of thighs and there was enough to feed a house full of teenagers. Served it wih risotto.

I added some crushed red pepper for spice, but other than that, it was amazing!!! So tender and juicy. The gremolata was a perfect touch to this.
