What a wonderful version of Osso Buco! This recipe may sound very involved and lengthy; however, I watched her the other morning and actually made it from memory - Yep, it's that simple!! It gives turkey such a delightful richness. The layers of flavors, the combination of aromatic vegetables and herbs will fill your home with a warm, delicious fragrance. I served it with lightly buttered angel hair pasta; and it was so good!! The turkey is fork tender; and the gremolata adds just the right amount of fresh and zesy flavors. Thanks, Giada for another great meal!

I followed the recipe exactly & it turned out amazing! It was a relaxing dish to make with my boyfriend and left overs the next day were even tastier. We served ours with mashed potatoes, green beans, and warm oven-baked bread. So yummy! Fresh herbs are definitely a must! We're looking forward to making this for company.

I used chicken and even the fussy 12 yr old asked for more. I also added brown rice and whole grain cous cous to the gravy

This recipe is fantastic. It was very easy to prepare and tasted wonderful. I didn't have turkey so I used a pot roast instead. The meat was tender and full of flavor. The gremolata added an extra layer of flavor. I served the osso buco with mashed potato. I can't wait to make this again. It's one of my favorite recipes.

Easy to prepare and the flavors were fabulous. I always try out a recipe with the family before I make it for guests, and it was a hit! Loved the flavors of the gremolata - will make more gremolata the next time.

My whole family loved this recipe! It took some time, but was well worth it. I didn't even make the gremolatta, but it was delicious just using the pan drippings as a gravy. The turkey fell right off the bone!

I substituted chicken for the turkey (all thighs The meat fell off the bone. Flavors were perfection. Served with a green salad and crusty bread, this dish was very company worthy! This was a good recipe to double if you have a lg. roasting pan (like the one used in the show.
