What a great change from the original recipe Vitello Tonnato ! Many of my friends (not me don't llike to eat veal so the Turkey breast is a great substitute ! And somehow , more summery !! Nona ( Sylvana M. was not only a great beauty , but must have been an amazing cook !

Being someone who loves to cook, I was a little worried after seeing the show, I thought...Tuna sauce with Turkey?? Well, it is one of the best taste combinations I ever had. Actually used the left over sauce as a salad dressing. My wife said this was better than anything dish she ever had in a resturaunt. Hope you all enjoy it as much as us.

I made this a few months ago and the flavors are wonderful; this along with some crusty bread for mopping up the tonnato sauce. thanks for another great recipe and new life for the old turkey breast which is typically bland and needs a kick in the pants.

I'm not a big turkey eater first of all so this review coming from me, is a stunner. I wanted to liven up my menu, try something new so my daughter and I decided to watch everyday italian and try a new dish once a week. It was actually the little buttered cookies that got her attention but we decided to try the whole thing. I followed it step by step and I loved it from the beginning. The show was the turkey tonatto, a zuchinni dish and the buttered cookies. As you can see, I don't remember the other two items in detail but the turkey, magnificent! Whether you're a turkey lover or try it once a year, this one is addictive, please try it. Thank you for sharing your recipe!

There is more hype than flavor to the dish. It was nothing spectacular and a bit bland. My son(who has an expansive palette...mussels, squid, lamb and any vegetable pleaded with me to never make it again. I had no trouble making that promise.

Giada has taken my favorite recipe, Vitello Tonnato (Veal in Tuna Sauce and made it much easier, using store bought mayo and anchovy paste. Excellent dish, good flavor, also wonderful on grilled chicken, but cold roasted veal is still my favorite. Thanks Giada!

I have been preparing turkey london broil for a few years, but never thought of preparing it this way. I did not make the sauce but I did follow the turkey london broil exact to the recipe. The result was moist and delicious with tons of flavor.

Sometimes the best food is the most simple!

I was very surprised on how delicious this was. I saw Giada make it on tv and it looked good but I was a little hesitant with the fish sauce. I like fish but anchovie paste, capers and mayo. ugh! I was still hestitant about tasting it after I made it but I will try anything once and when I did I took another taste. To my surprise I didn't just barely like it but I actually loved it. I showed it to my girlfriend and she looked at it the same way I did with raised eyebrows but after trying it she said "That's really good". Once we had it on the turkey we found it to be a dish that we will be making over and over again. Never did I think I would have a tube of anchovie paste on hand in my frig.
