BEST TURKEY EVER!!!!! My boyfriend is still talking about it and it is weeks after Thanksgiving. It was so juicy and you could taste a hint of the citrus flavors and it didnt overpower. Be sure to use a thermometer though. The popper is usually not accurate and you will overcook the turkey if you depend on the popper.

I prepared this recipe with an 11 pound turkey and it turned out great! The meat was really juicy and flavorful. I also loved the smell of herbs cooking permeating throughout my house. All the herbs in the rub really make this turkey stand out. I am really happy with this recipe and definitely plan to use it again next year!

Love this recipe! It was the first turkey I ever made and I loved how easy it was. I made it again the year after when we had guests and everyone raved about how moist and flavorful the turkey was. I think covering the breast initially helps keeping it from drying out and the citrus and herb flavor combination is fantastic. Thanks Giada!

I've been making this Turkey recipe since I saw it several years ago. It has to be the very best ever. The turkey is moist and full of amazing flavor. You don't need to drown it in gravy to enjoy it. My family always makes sure to request it every year.

I've been cooking this turkey for Thanksgiving for my family for 4 years now. It is absolutely delectable. The citrus adds moisture for a incredibly moist and delicious turkey. The butter and herbes de provence used under the skin leaves an amazing brown skin that is flavorful and crispy. This is hands down the best turkey my family and I have ever tasted. The recipe is very easy to follow and the gravy is wonderful as well. I'd definitely recommend giving this one a try.
