Absolutely the best tasting, moist bird I have ever made. It was a huge hit at Thanksgiving.

This recipe is my new Turkey recipe! LOVED IT and so my family. We definitely are going to repeat it. The only difference I made, put some Puertorrican flavor by adding some sofrito and sazon to the rub and cover the legs and wings with pancetta.

Absolutely the BEST turkey ever! So easy to prepare and so moist and flavorful! I mixed a little softened butter with some herbes de provence and inserted it under the breast skin, and then poured the melted butter/olive oil/herb mixture over the whole bird. A 12-14 lb turkey cooks perfectly in the time frame of this recipe. I have made this twice and will never use any other turkey recipe!

This tastes like what I imagine the perfect Norman Rockwell turkey from Grandma's table would taste like. Super moist, with bright, distinct herb-yness. Lovely, and got phenomenal reactions as the first bite went into our guest's mouths. Will do this throughout the year! Great job, Giada!

Easy and amazing. I have never had so many compliments on a turkey or the gravy. Love it and will make it again.
