This was one of the best recipes for turkey I've ever made. It was so moist and delicious and smelled so good while it was cooking. For anyone who has a problem finding the herbes de Provence, I simply found it online by going to Mccormmick.com and finding where it was sold in my area by putting in my zip code. Made it much more easy to find than going from store to store.

I used an organic, 12 pound turkey for this Thanksgiving dinner. The best-tasting turkey, I have ever cooked. Everyone raved about the moist meat and the wonderful flavor. The gravy was just to die for. Served it with a side of garlic mashed potatoes. Can't wait to have the leftovers.

My family loved the turkey, it was great especially for my mother-in-law because she doesn't like spicy food. It was perfect and not to difficult to put together.!!

My whole family enjoyed it and I think is one of the best turkeys I have ever made, but I did a twist to it and brined it in 1 gallon of apple cider and 1 of water, 2 oranges squeezed and 2 lemons with some herbes, 1 cup of brown sugar and 1 cup of salt overnight, the turkey was juice and tasty.

Great recipe, turkey came out tasting fantastic. I also added carrots and garlic to the turkey and cooked it in an oven bag, rather than w/ foil. The turkey was flavorful and juicy... definitely a recipe to try.

Oh my god...This is by far the best turkey I have ever made. Falling off the bone tender, juicy, and flavorful. My 13.5lb turkey took about 3.5 hours--cooked as directed.

Modified the recipe slightly by using 'refridgerated' "poultry rub" fresh herbs (from the produce section instead of the dried mixture.

Definitely a keeper of a recipe and will make it again! Thanks!

I caught the episode last year & jotted down the basics. I made it for Thanksgiving and it was the absolute BEST turkey I have ever done. The flavor was excellent and it was the perfect center to our meal. I plan on making it again this year. Thank you Giada!!!

I prepared this recipe last year at Thanksgiving. It was without a doubt the BEST turkey I ever cooked. My family is requesting it again this year. Evelyn Kingwood, Texas
