I made this for dinner last night and it was the best turkey I ever had. I plan on making it the whole family for Christmas.

I tried this recipe this Thanksgiving for a different flavor. What a wonderfully subtle flavor. This is now a definite favorite..

This turkey receipe was excellent. The breast and thighs were all done and very juicy. Great flavor.

This was one of the best turkey ever. Very moist and tasty. Didn't need the foil, I like the skin brownish. And didn't do the gravy. Doing low-carb so used packaged low-carb chicken gravy. Very, very good. Thanks Giada.

Every year I try a different turkey. This was my last year. I finally found the one. My husband said it was the best turkey in his 42 years he's ever tasted and I'm not allowed to do anything differently. And I won't.

I was petrified to try anything different than the traditional turkey recipe because I'd never made one before. This recipe turned out to be a real crowd pleaser! It was juicy and perfectly seasoned!

    Everyone just loved it!
    1. fantastic aroma of harbs and citrus.
    2. moist and tender meat, (although my turkey actually was NOT a high-quality product or anything..
    3. fairly easy to cook.
    4. but looks fancy and gorgeous.
