This year's turkey was my best ever. My turkey was moist and the gravy was fabulous. No kidding. How many people comment on the turkey at Thanksgiving? Mine received rave reviews.

First of all, it got rave reviews at our Thanksgiving table! Just an incredibly easy recipe and the results turned out just like the show's.

This turkey was very moist. It received rave reviews from my family. We cooked it in a cooking bag. Which added to the moistness.

I found that eitehr from the skin of the orange or the lemon, it gave a very bitter taste. Any idea why?
I found that squeezing the fresh lemon in with my stuffing was wonderful, but chopping the citrus gave it a bitter taste. Any idea why???

My daughter & I watched the show with this turkey the other day and she wanted me to use this recipe for our Thanksgiving turkey. I could not find Herbes de Provence so I created my own. I cook my turkey in a convection/rotisserie oven so I really couldn't put the neck, etc., in the bottom of the roasting pan. My turkeys have always turned out moist, however, my family raved about this herb tasting turkey! It was so tasty! I will serve this from now on!!

Not only was this pleasing to the eye with the fruit stuffing and the perfectly browned outside, it was very moist and the cooking directions were right on.

I have always been the one in my huge family to make the Turkey for Thanksgiving but this year I'm cooking for two events so I tried this recipe. I have to admit I was nervous trying a new recipe out on a crowd but I'm so glad I did. I'll never make turkey any other way again. I got so many compliments that my head was spinning.
