I made this turkey seven years ago first my hunsband and my first Thanksgiving together. It remains to be the best turkey we have ever had! I have made many different turkeys and none are as juicy and flavorful. Way to go Giada!

Fabulous - used an 8 lb turkey breast instead of whole turkey for a dinner party. Every LOVED it. The best part is that you can do the prep a day ahead. Flavor is great and the turkey breast was very moist and juicy. Will make again for sure!

We did this turkey yesterday as a random turkey day and really enjoy it. I did not feel like buying specific "herbs de Provence", so just did a mixture of rosemary, marjoram, and thyme. We also used convection roast setting, and found that when the thermometer reached 170 degrees in the thickest part of the thigh, the meat in the bird's center was still uncooked. Probably coulda used another 20 mins or so. Next time, we'd put the thermometer in another part of the bird, but it was very tasty. I'm having a sandwich now and it's wonderful....and made a creamy soup out of the meat that needed more cooking. Delish!!

I used an 8 pound turkey breast and just cut the ingredients that the recipe listed in half. This turkey was delicious! The meat was moist, flavorful, and had undernotes of the lemon and orange. This will be my new go-to turkey recipe from now on!

This is the best turkey I have ever eaten. My family loved it as much as I did. It was moist, juicy, and tasty. The gravy was delicious too. I can't say enough about it. This is the first turkey that we have had that we went back for seconds and we didn't have so many leftovers that we were eating for the rest of the week. Loved it.

I'm a turkey first timer and this recipe was so simple. How can something so simple be so aromatic, asthectically beautiful and infused with flavor in every bite? Wow! Giada knows her stuff!

I've been using this turkey recipe for a few years now. It's by far the best turkey I've ever had! The gravy is amazing! I gave the recipe to my brother a couple years ago and now he can't stop using it either! Everyone who tries it goes nuts over the turkey and gravy it makes. I'm so happy I found this recipe! I know I'll be using it for life. You must try it if you haven't already!
