I have cooked many turkeys in my life but never have I received feedback like I did with this one. Several guests told me it was the best turkey they've ever had. It was moist, flavorful, and very easy to make! Giada you ROCK!

This is without a doubt the best turkey I have ever had! So juicy, so tasty and the gravy with the hint of rosemary really set it off! Several friends and family have requested the recipe to impress guests at future Thanksgivings and just because!

This was such a hit at Thanksgiving that I cannot wait another year to make it again. I have been preparing turkeys for 25 years and this is the most awesome recipe that I have ever used. This is now a family favorite. The turkey looked beautiful and tasted delicious!

This was the first turkey I ever made, and the most delicious (if I do say so myself!. It rested for about an hour before Thanksgiving dinner, and was dripping with juices when we carved into it. The flavor was amazing with hints of the herbs used to stuff, which perfectly complimented the rosemary hints in the gravy. Everyone loved it and it was gone before I knew it...Thanks Giada!! :

I can't thank you enough for this wonderful recipe. This was my VERY FIRST TIME to prepare a real turkey for Thanksgiving. My whole family loved it and thought the presentation on a bed of herbs & orange slices was beautiful. Thank you, thank you Giada!

P.S. Even the gravy turned out perfectly!

Giada, I'm sooooooo glad to have this opportunity to thank you for your recipe. I really wanted a great recipe for turkey this year and saw your recipe on the internet. Seeing it on the video helped me see how easy and great this recipe would be. It truly was a hit! So were your stuffed mushrooms. I made them for the first time. Thank you again for creating such great recipes and inspiring so many people to share them with others.

My Thanksgiving dinner was a success thanks to this tasteful recipe. Even my 9 yr old daughter helped me with the seasoning.

This was my first Thanksgiving and I was terrified, but this was so easy! The Herbes de Provence made for the most delicious turkey we've ever had. This was done in less than 3 hours, was easy to deal with and turned out to be quite moist--even the white meat! We used a turkey bag instead of foil and did not include the neck or jiblets. The left over broth made the best gravy ever!!! My mother, who says that she can't do gravy, was so pleased! I don't care for gravy, but this was all over my plate. We didn't cut the gravy with extra broth--just used what was in the pan. GREAT recipe!

Ok, so i'm REALLY picky about turkey. This turkey was moist and delicious. The gravy was awesome, and i highly recommend it. i think it was actually the gravy that made the whole meal amazing. We poured it on mashed potatoes, stuffing, turkey, etc. Everyone agreed it was delicious... Not many ppl touched the white gravy i made (as an alternative. I had to cook my turkey longer by about 45 minutes. So, just go with your gut. And, of course, use the thermometer. If its not hot enough, put it in longer.. !!!
