This is the third year I have made this turkey. My husband and I love the fresh herbs and the Herbs de Provence. It is in the oven now and smells fantastic. Will make again and again.

I am currently making this recipe for the 2nd time- It is outstanding. The only adjustments I made were to flip the turkey on its breast after the first hour of cooking, then flipping it back breast side up for the last hour. I definitely think it helped lock in the moisture. The gravy is DELICIOUS on mashed potatoes, too. I don't think I'll ever use any other recipe.

Two years ago, my aunt and I had a turkey contest. I chose this recipe and she did her normal recipe with her stuffing in it. And you wouldn't believe it, but her turkey was barely touched. Everyone enjoyed and ate all of mine. It was so moist and rich and really great! : Now, every year we have this turkey recipe no other ; It was great and my family loves it year after year. Thanks so much <3

This was my first Turkey that I offered to make for my family Thanksgiving. Usually the turkey is a bit dry and bland compared to the rest of the dishes, but last year it was great! I had to get on here to find the same recipe again for this year! The smell is wonderful and the taste is even better!

My first turkey, and it was a success. Everyone loved it. It was juicy, tender, full of flavor, cooked perfectly... Wow.. I am very happy.
