This is by far the best turkey I've made. This will be the 6th year I have made it and the gravy it makes alone is worth it :

I work in a medical office and when I told my co-workers I was planning to make this turkey recipe for thanksgiving, 3 others wanted the recipe, including a physician assistant with a history of Thanksgiving turkey disasters....
ALL of our turkeys turned out great, even the PA's....his brother didn't believe he had made it himself!
This is a "keeper" recipe for sure!
Made this again for Christmas 2010...FABULOUS

This is the moistest, most aromatic turkey I have ever prepared. I have made it several times and each time the result is wonderful! My kids and fiance love it! You will not be disappointed! Love it!

At the table my picky eater bro said, "THIS IS THE BEST TURKEY EVER!" My grandma thought it was better than any resturant. Don't skip the gravy...my dad thought it was the perfect compliment to the turkey for Easter. Thanks Giada for helping me make my first Easter Turkey great!

Moist, flavorful and easy. The gravy is also delicous! I substituted all dry ingredients for the fresh herbs and it was still amazing.

The only change I made was I brushed the turkey with the oil and butter then sprinkled the dry rub on using a tea strainer. This gives a nice concentration of the rub on the top.
