    These were excellent. I bought olives w/out pits for easier chopping. I made the stuffing and cleaned the mushrooms the day ahead.

    These are terrific! Only issue for me was the stuffing did not do a lot of mushrooms but maybe the ones I used were larger than the button ones the recipe called for.

    A keeper. Great as an appetizer, of course, but made a nice side dish with the grilled fish we served them with.

    I loved these. made them the day I saw them on the TV. I did not add the salt since there is already salt with the olives and cheese. A great recipe and one to make again.

    Incidentally, I did make the filling for these a day early and it turned out very good. I could not find mushrooms that were bite size...only the really big ones, which I did not want, so I got baby bellas instead and they were good!!

    So easy to make and absolutely delicious. The combination of sweet roasted peppers and salty green olives is the perfect blend.
