    Followed the recipe exactly and was disappointed. It sounded good and had good reviews so I made it, but it was missing flavor. The dressing needed something else...not sure what. Probably won't make again.

    I've made this salad for years it's so good and hearty thanks to the white beans. I serve this salad as a side for grilled meats or pasta dishes.

    Absolutely delicious!! I've made this so many times I can't even remember. I also made this for a dinner party and one of the guests called it "no ordinary salad".

    I'm not usually a fan of beans, but the creaminess of the canellini beans in this salad made a big fan out of me. I love the combination of romaine with red onions and black olives. Yum. Yum. Yum!

    Sometimes I top this with an awesome salad dressing which I got from Rachel Ray which consists of equal parts: olive oil, rice wine vinegar, orange juice, along with sauteed shallots, and a tablespoon of brown sugar. It's always a hit!

    This is the best salad I have ever had! Its so light and fresh I make this all the time it's quick and easy and oh so tasty! I sometimes add grilled corn for a little something diffrent!

    When it is super hot out- this salad is light and crisp and scrumptious. I served it before serving Chicken Masala for a dinner party. I liked how light it was so that everyone was still hungry for the main course. Elegant and lovely salad.

    This has become one of my family's favorite salads I make. I have never had leftovers, in fact my family is always asking each other if there is more once the bowl is empty. I could eat this all the time. It is so easy to make yet so delicious!!!

    I tried this for dinner tonight. I was nervous that it wouldnt be enough to just have as the main entree but I was pleasantly suprised. The beans really make for substance, and every bite is very satisfying. I think the parm really makes the meal, very very good salad. I htink Giada should be crowned the salad queen because so far I have not been let astray....

    I've been trying to cook more light lately and have made many salads. I stumbled upon this one and have made it many times since. Personally, this is the best salad I've ever had. However, I've noticed that what really makes this salad delicious is using the best quality ingredients available. So make sure that each ingredient used is high quality.

    this was an amazing fresh salad. i made it for my bf and he couln't belive how a salad can taste this good. it looks so pretty and fresh and def love it with the cheese
