    My family simply love these potatoes. I used bacon and fried it before mixing it with the rest of the stuff. I am making it again for Easter dinner but am planning on putting the stuffing into a 9x13 pan. I think it will travel well and it will be easier to serve. I also added some green onions on top for garnish!!!!

    I made theses for my critical mum in law... Thank you Giada! Finally, I got her to say that my cooking is good!!! I think I even heard a subtle "Mmmm" with her first bite. ;

    Excellent recipe. TAKE NOTE HOWEVER....... Needed a lot more cheese to cover potatoes and THEN, looked back at recipe.................was using 8 ozs. as stated. However it also states 2 cups. Do the math here, small misprint.

    I made these for Sunday afternoon football two weeks ago and they are absolutely incredible and so easy to make. I made them with her mozzarella balls which she had featured on her show the week prior. I am making them again tonight for a guest of ours from Spain who loves potatoes. I cannot wait to hear what he has to say about this recipe.
