These are amazing! I put my own spin on these moist babies by dividing the batter and adding a 1/4 cup of cocoa powder mixed with 1/4 cup hot water and mixed into a separate bowl with half the batter. Next made some marble left some vanilla and the rest chocolate for a very close Friend's 59th Birthday today, June 11, 2013! Thank you lady Giada, you're such a professional culinary delight! Antonio

Yummy! Easy and delicious. I made these for St. Patrick's Day so I added a little green food coloring. Everyone loved them and they were gone quickly.

This is a very good and simple cupcake. I didn't know what almond flour was so I grinded up some almonds and it turned out great! The rest of the almond powder was used in the vanilla frosting. This is the first capcake I have ever made and I'm glad that I chose this recipe. I will definitely use this recipe again in the near future.

I used 1% milk & just used regular flour in place of the almond flour & quinoa. I wanted to use up baking sugar I had (super fine sugar & it turned out very good! I divided the batter into 2 bowls & added food coloring to it to create a candy corn cupcake. Topped it with cream cheese frosting (by Cathy Lowe that I found on this website & it was delish, but I used 8 oz. of cream cheese instead of the 4 oz. as listed.

This is THEEEE BEST vanilla cupcake I have ever made! I wasn't too crazy about the aroma of the cakes while still warm (kinda eggy HOWEVER, after the cakes cooled off the eggy smell went away completely and I was left with this scrumptious, divine pieces of heaven.
