    Very easy to prepare and tastes better than anything that I've ever tasted in a restarant. I would highly recomend it. A great crowd pleaser.

    Another Giada's shoe leather recipe. If that's italian restaurant classic, then I should stop going there. Flavor was nothing special, and veal was like shoe leather. Not good.

    This is fabulous, and very easy to make. Try it with the Mushroom Risotto with Peas (or without peas, if you're like my husband.

    Make this when you really want to impress someone.

    Don't change a thing with this one. The marsala sauce is excellent. Would work well with chicken too.

    Very yummy. Be sure to not overcook the veal as it can become a bit tough. My three small children loved it too!
