    Awesome, Awesome, Awesome! I left out the rosemary (didn't have any and it was still incredible. The veal was sooo tender - I think it also helped that we pounded the cutlets very thin. But the sauce was so rich and tasty - went great over angel pasta.

    absolutely excellent. veal marsala doesnt usually call for rosemary, but after this meal i think i will always include it. adds such a good flavor. for sure the best veal marsala recipe ive made.

    I've made this dish twice now and each time it's been a hit with the family! The veal cooks up quickly, while the mushrooms and wine give the sauce and veal a rich flavor. This recipe is definitely going into my recipe box.
