Much as I love Giada's recipes, this one turned out heavy/greasy but without the flavor that would make up for it. The breading over-powers the delicate meat. Maybe try with just the flower dusting (leave off the bread crumbs and eggs?

I was nervous because I had never cooked veal before, but this recipe was very easy to follow. It turned out great and my boyfriend was very impressed! The only things I changed was I used italian style breadcrumbs because that is what I had on hand and I squeezed a half of a lemon with the egg mixture to give it a little more lemon flavor. Also, watch your cooking time...I only had to cook the veal about 4 minutes each as it was very thin. I Would definetely recommend this!

My family loved this including my 8 year old son. He liked it without lemon. I also in the second time I made found out the thinner the veal the better it is for cooking and taste.

So simple yet so good. Goes well with lots of different side items. Just have to be careful not to overcook or you get a tough piece of meat.
