This recipe is so easy! I made it for my family and I really looked like a genious. Way to go Giada! I followed the recipe to the last detail and it was delicious. Use the saffron, it makes a world of difference.

I had high hopes for this dish. Maybe it was the quality of the saffron I used, but it didn't seem to add anything to the cream sauce. Definitely use pasta that can hold onto the sauce. Good, but Giada has better recipes.

This was my 1st time cooking veal. Although I was nervous, it came very tender and juicy. I omitted the saffron from the recipe because it was just too expensive. My boyfriend loved the meal & so did I. We will make again. Would be great w/ chicken. Served it over elbow pasta which actually worked out perfect (it was all we had.

This recipe is one to impress and so simple. I doubled the recipe and had to add a slurry to thicken the sauce a bit, but overall a definite 5 star recipe.

I used two pounded chicken breasts for a total of four slices and made full recipe in order to get the goodies. However, I finally broke down and purchased non-fat half & half (oxymoron name and used only a half cup instead of 3/4. This reduced the calories to 289 per serving. It was simply delicious. Well worth investing in some saffron.

Man, I cooked this for my lady friend and words couldn't describe how good this was. Made extra sauce to dip the bread we had for dinner in.

This was a great dish but we are not huge fans of veal. Next time I will make it with chicken and I think we'll love it even more. Sauce was delicious.

I had never made veal due to the expense. It went on sale in my local grocery store so I thought, what the heck. I cook every night for my husband and am always trying new things. This was wonderful. He liked it as well. On a scale of 1 to 10 he rated it an 8. I rated it a 9. (I almost never rate anything a 10, but this one came very close. I agree with other reviews to double the sauce if serviing over pasta. I served it with garlic smashed potatoes and it wasn't necessary. Very good recipe. Delicious ending.

This recipe is so easy and yet so luxurious guests would think you spent alot longer preparing than you actually did. It's rich and flavourful with the earthiness of the mushrooms and flowery saffron. Very tasty.

Sauce was so good. My husband is a steak and potatoe kind of guy and he even loved it. And it is easy to make.
