I made this the other night & it was good. Real easy to make! The only thing I would change would be not to add green beans, didn't like the texture. Will add broccoli next time I make it & maybe add some other veggies. That's why I always tell people that a recipe is a guide & it's not set in stone that you have to make it like it says. Will be making this again when I am in the mode for Chinese food. My husband really liked it too! Had some leftovers and have brought it for lunch. It's even better the next day! Thanks Giada!

I love how easy this was to make a tasty, healthy and satisfying dinner for my family. I added lots of extra vegetables: bok choy, sugar snap peas, bean sprouts, broccoli, serrano chile.

Loved this, and so did the company I had over. I like cabbage so I put some cabbage in there and took out the water chestnuts. I also added another 8 oz. bag of noodles and it was perfect ratio of noddles to vegetables! I will def. make this again!

Excellent! I was worried by some of the comments that it was too sweet, but that was not the case. I used soba noodles, which cooked fast, so I didn't let them stay in the full time as the recipe says. I also added a couple dashes of sriracha (mixed it with the broth and some sesame oil as a finishing oil. Will use this recipe whenever I want Chinese food!

What I was really looking for in this recipe was a new sauce. So, I made the recipe w/a few changes. I used lo mein noodles, added stir fryed sirloin steak, baby corn, red bell pepper, onion in addition to Giada's veggies. It made a great stir fry, everyone liked the new sauce & I will make it again. I won't hesitate to revert back to the original recipe if I need to feed a vegetarian.

I love meat so I added slices of chicken/pork tenderloin/and shrimp marinated in soya sauce for one hr.I used fine thin pasta then folled the recipe. It was a taste experience my family will not soon forget it was fantastic.

I made this recipe the other night using the written directions. The noodles turned out mushy and the sauce was a bit too sweet. I tried it again today following the package instructions for the noodles and also cut down the amount of honey by half. It was a lot better the second time around!

This was not a good dish - the noodles were mushy (and I cooked them using much less time than given in recipe and too much honey made it cloyingly sweet. We threw out the entire dish.

Unfortunately, this one is a miss... I have tested other Food Network Asian inspired recipes that are much less labor intensive and pack more flavor. I will not make this recipe again.
