I have made this several times now. It is really good. I use more sauce than it calls for and I don't add any salt. The last time I made it I used a local grocery store's "Grandma's Pomodoro Sauce". I used 3 jars to make a batch and a half. As long as I was grilling veggies I figured I would make an extra 8" square pan to freeze. This is well worth the effort!

I also made this just before Christmas, and it was a hit! I decided to make it for a second time, this past week and added a layer of basil leaves! So good!!!

I made this for christmas eve and just made it again- it is DELICIOUS. I did everything exactly-except for the typo on this copy that says "Spoon 3/4 cup marinara sauce over the peppers." There is another recipe that is similar that does contain peppers, this one does not.

I saw Giada make this on TV and decided to make it for Christmas as a vegetarian entree---it was a hit with meat eaters too! I used my own marinara, but did everything else exactly as written. Absolutely delicious and so easy!!

Loved this recipe so easy and sooooo good! I was worried it wasn't going to be enough sauce, but the veggies produced enough water on its own and it was perfect! Thank you Giada!

I served this the night before Thanksgiving to my early arriving guests. They declared it the best lasagna I had ever made ...and I' ve been cooking for over 40 years.

This is a keeper. My step-daughter is vegetarian and will be here over Christmas. I never know what to cook for her. I did a test run for us before she arrives and the hubby likes it. So if he likes it she will too.
