So much flavor and a great balance between freshness and comfort food! My husband, who is an "Everyday Meat-Eater!" loved it too. The cornbread is especially moist and buttery.
    Thanks Giada!

Another home run, Giada! This is delicious, and if you don't want to make the green sauce, you can add store bought (saves a dish or two. My husband asked me to make it again with pork. Kind of defeats the purpose but I bet it will taste awesome.

Great, I added chicken, but the dish would have been great without it....

I thought this was a tasty chili. I thought that it was hearty and tasty. I only used 1 tablespoon of oregano and 1 tsp of cumin. I also used cannelloni beans - I like the texture of them better than hominy beans.

My husband and I loved it. We added chicken and only used 1 tablespoon of oregeno. It was better than any chili verde we have tried. Can't wait to make it for our son, his wife and our vegan friends.
