This is a great luncheon sandwich or fantastic for a light dinner with a salad. The flavors are great. Only suggestion, make sure the oil is hot enought before you put the sandwiches in otherwise the bread will soak up the oil and not fry. Try med-high heat as opposed to med-low.

This is the best grilled cheese sandwich I've ever had. I'm surprised no one else has rated this yet. I made them on Christmas Eve for lunch and everyone in my family thought they were perfect. I was a star!
