This was pretty good! Easy to make, tasty with the pancetta and parm, and healthy with all the greens. There really wasn't a "sauce" to it, though. Definitely seems more like a pasta salad, esp after you chill it for leftovers. Quite tasty, though. I'd make it again.

I love it !!!! The pancetta gives everything a great taste. My kids love the peas.

Very delicious, but the pancetta and Parmesan combo makes it quite salty, even with the veggies and mint added in. I don't think you need as much salt as she uses in the demo of this recipe on her show.

This came out really well and it was easy to make. I used high quality bacon (4 oz instead of the pancetta All the greens in it make it really tasty and alot healthier than everyday pasta. Will definitely make this again. Would be great to bring to a summer bbq.

Very excellent and very tasty. I have been trying out recipes for an upcoming picnic that travel well and have flavor and can be eaten chilled or at room temperature. This one is the winner. Tasted even better when chilled. I didn't use all the olive oil either and added a touch of black pepper at the end after the final tasting. Not a wagon wheel or bite leftover...the pasta dish was licked clean. Thanks Giada!

Excellent and tasty! I was worried about adding mint to a dish like this but it gave it the perfect hint of flavor! The changes I made were that I used half of the olive oil and cheese. I also drained the oil after frying up the pancetta. It was also quite filling due to the edamame I think. I will make it again.

Soooo good! Flavor is fabulous. Make sure you do have a LARGE pan. I thought I did, but alas...I had pasta everywhere! (:

My family loved this as well! I only added a dash of olive oil at the end, not a 1/4 of a cup, and the flavor was fantastic. My husband ate 2 huge bowls and my kids asked for seconds!

LOVED this recipe! I halfed it, used Garofalo cappelletti (instead of the wheels and measured out a cup each of fresh sugar snap peas, frozen edamame and frozen peas. I also refrained from adding the final 1/4 cup of oil and it still tasted amazing. I think that the greens make this dish and I will be sure to cook it again.
