I made this for an alternative to my standard red sauced pasta. I did not have the sugar snaps or mint, so I just doubled the edemame. My entire family loved it, including the picky eaters! Definite "Do Over!" as they like to say.
Thanks Giada for such great and healthy family friendly recipes.

Yum yum! Cut the recipe in half for just my sweet hubby and me. We still had enough leftover to each have a serving for lunch the next day. This was so easy to put together. Could not find shelled edamame or fresh so I defrosted some frozen in the pod and shelled them. I can't wait to make this one again. Thanks Giada!

I figured if Giada's daughter enjoyed this meal then my little rugrats would as well. What a delicious, tasty pasta meal. The kids ate it up! So simple I didn't think it would taste so yummy.

Oh man, oh man! My 2 y/o daughter and i inhaled this! I didnt follow the proportions exactly as it was just the 2 of us but it's still Giada's recipe and we will do this again.
This was different than our "usual" as the texture of the sugar snaps and the edamame were crunchy. I usually dont have mint in hot food and i was a bit skeptical but this was awesome. We will make this again and again.
    Thanks Giada!

This is a great basic recipe that you can alter to suit your family's preferences and/or to use ingredients that you have on hand. This dish will please kids and adults alike.
