I was looking for a white bean Chili and found this. This was SO fantastic! The flavor was awesome. I also LOVE the fact that it is VERY healthy. Thank Giada! I will definitely be making this again - perhaps for Super Bowl!

This was delicious, hearty and filling! Excellent! A nice change from traditional tomato/beef chilis. Definitely a keeper! Tried it with bread and tortilla chips but found it stood best on its own. Also added extra fresh spinach to the soup as only had a small bunch of swiss chard. Also, I do not like fennel seeds but put it in based on another review. It added depth to the chili, so I advise keeping it in recipe.

AMAZING!!! I forgot to pick up ground chicken last night so I made it with ground turkey I had on hand, and wow, it was great! Nothing was left in the pot. Thank you for another great recipe!

I love this recipe! I've made it many times and it just gets better and better. I love it with the chard, or substitute that with spinach. Kudos Giada!

This is a FABULOUS recipe! The only thing I didn't use was the fennel seeds, because I hate them. But, this is by far, some of the best chili I've ever eaten.

Loved it!!! This recipe is amazing you can add or omit ingredients, but it's great just the way it is. I actually wanna make this with less broth and serve over rice or mashed potatoes. I will be making this on a regular basis :D

Not a fan of chard and my son doesn't like corn so I left out the greens and corn all together and it is still really good. I will be making it again tonight. Love it!!

I have made this on several occassions, and everyone loves it! I've substituted other greens (spinach, kale for the Swiss Chard with a great result. Way to go Giada!

Excellent chili, bursting with flavor! My boyfriend came home and said he could smell this wonderful chili from the front door! I make it with kale, definitely a must try recipe for a great weeknight meal.
