Any chili purist will tell you there is no such thing as white chili, and if you make a bowl of red chili and put beans in it, it becomes beans and ceases to be chili. This stuff is just soup.

I am not usually a chicken chili fan - but this is one great chili. Add to it the healthy swiss chard and it's even better.

Omitted the fennel since I don't like it and added a dollop of sour cream at the end. It was thick and hearty....perfect for a cold night! Didn't know what how the swiss chard would be, but you couldn't taste it and it added avegetable to the meal! Great!!

I made this for the first time tonight and it was a hit. The only thing I substituted was spinach for the chard, and 1 TBS of cumin instead of 2. The flavor is wonderful!

I made small changes: I reduced the oil by half, I doubled the garlic since I didn't have an onion, used sliced chicken breast instead of ground, and used white beans that I had soaked and boiled instead of canned. This was SO delicious! The chard was a great way to get a green veggie into my husband and son as it was not easily defined after cooking. I will definately make this again!

This was such an easy recipe to make. And the flavors were great. I was somewhat skeptical, as I had never used swiss chard before, and haven't been the biggest fan of cumin. But it was great. I knew it was a hit when my bf woke up this morning talking about getting to have the chili again for dinner!

I never knew that chili could be so yummy and healthy! I saw the episode that Giada made this a while back and immediately saved it to my recipe box...however, I just got around to making this the other night. This was a simple recipe to follow and the results were amazing! I've never used ground chicken, but am now considering replacing it in most of the ground beef recipes I make! The flavor profile has plenty of spices to tantalize the tongue without being spicy or over the top like I've had in most traditional chilis. I will make this again and again, no changes necessary! I can't wait to share it with friends and family...

Making again this week for company with no reservations. I used a whole roasted chicken from the super market, shredded and chopped. Easy prep.

This recipe was yummy!!! Pefect for these cold days. I did substitute chicken breast cut into small bite size for the ground chicken. And added just a bit of cilantro. Very tasty!! And easy to make.
