Great flavor, easy to make and enjoyed by everyone--adults and children. Will make this again.

This is a great chili. I am not a red bean chili person so I was leary about trying this one, but it was great. I used Frozen/ thawed and drained Spinach in place of the Chard. It worked well. Yum yum.. this is a repeated meal I will be sure to make again! Thanks Giada

This is one of the best chili recipes I have tasted. I wanted to lick the bowl it was so good. I had on hand ground turkey so I used that in place of the chicken. Other than that, I followed the recipe exactly and couldn't be happier. I have to disagree with those that said something was missing - I wouldn't dare add tomatoes. The best thing about this recipe is that it is super healthy. Thanks Giada.

I made this last night for about 12 people, I doubled the recipe & it turned out great!! I used about 1/2 the amount of chard called for & did not use the red pepper flakes! If you do it correctly you shouldnt have too much liquid like the other users are noting.

Fantastic chili! Light & yummy & very tasty!! :

I made this recipe just like the instructions said and I have to agree with the few that didn't like it and thought it was bland to a certain degree. I tasted it when I was done adding all the ingredients and it was missing something. So, I added a can of crushed tomatoes to it and I have to say it turned out Superb. It?s an amazingly healthy and very, very flavorful recipe. I love Giada recipes. And this is another one of them.

Fab chili. It is light, but well seasoned. We are on low sodium and it really was a perfect chili for us. Good job, Giada. That flank stank thing with the gorgonzola was off the chain as well!! Keep it up.

This chili is great. Use dark ground chicken meat, not breast meat. Even my beef chili lovers loved it!

I made this for Halloween night. Everyone who ate it loved it. In fact, I just had someone ask me for the recipe,so they could take it to a football party. It's a new family favorite!

very good. I used ground turkey and green chard. I put everything in a crock pot for four hours after the point in the instructions where flour is added. I also added the juice of one lime before putting the lid on the cock pot. It was thick and super yummy. I'm making it again .... and again.... : D
