    Every one of Giada's recipes that I've tried has been delicious and this one is no exception! My husband LOVED this recipe. I forgot to buy parsley, which would have added a nice pop of color atop the soup, but even without the parsley, this soup was healthy and flavorful. If you wanted it spicier, you could add more crushed red pepper, but we thought it was nicely balanced as is.

    This is wonderful. I followed the recipe exactly, and everyone loved it. I have made it serval times since and given the recipe out to friends who have loved it as well.

    This was a big hit at my house. I made it a second time increasing the ingredients by one half and split it between my daughters and their husbands & it got rave
    reviews by all. I was skeptical about using ground chicken because I didn't think it would have much flavor, but this recipes proved me wrong. I really liked the textures in this dish. I also made the cheddar scallion bread, another winner!!

    I've never left a comment on a recipe before...but I tried this tonight and it was SO good I just had to! : I upped the chili powder and red pepper just because we likes thing spicy around here, but it was REALLY good. My man is a big meat eater & I thought he might not like it because loves my red chili so much, but he was grubbin! : And...with just the two of us, I was able to freeze the leftovers for future use! : Oh and the bread was fantastic too...Great recipe! Thanks Giada

    This recipe was so good! I'm a busy medical student and so it was nice to cook up a pot of this healthy version of chili, and have it ready for the week. I think that I would let the chili thicken a little more next time, but I think it will be plenty thick and delicious as leftovers. Give it a try!

    I love it. I was skeptacule with the greens at first, since im a picky eatter. So, I searched for 2 days for ground chicken , my local groccery store kept telling me they were getting a shipment in "tonight"..which was a lie so I picked up some ground turkey at trader joes. This one is a keeper and had plenty of flavor!! Nect time i might substiute cavolo greens ...yummy
