Wonderful hummus. To liven it up a little bit I added a bit more lemon juice, the zest from the lemon, some ground cumin, and garnished it with paprika. Delish.

This receipe is so good. I don't even like regular hummus. I added 4 cloves of roasted garlic to it (because my family loves garlic and the flavor is awesome!! Would deffinitely recommend this to a friend!!!!

This is such a nice hummus. My husband hates most beans and eggplant. He loved this hummus. Its so tasty and so good for you! I like to fix it on a pita with fresh tomatoes for a lunch meal.

This was very tasty the day I made it, but it kind of hardenned in the fridge overnight and tasted kind of dry and not that tasty. I ended up throwing out more than half. Also it didn't taste that good on crackers.

Being a vegetarian, I am always looking for new veggie dishes, especially dips. I made this for my dinner the other night and it was wonderful! I added in some mozzarella cheese when blending it and sprinkled a little on top as well. I used it as a spread on rustic bread but it could be good with pita chips or endive spears. Even my husband who doesn't like eggplants, said it was great!!! Another great Giada recipe!

I used chick peas instead of white beans and a little tahini in place of some of the olive oil, per a previous commentor's advice. This was easily THE MOST DELICIOUS hummus I've ever had. And my three daughters, ages 15, 13 and 11, thought the same thing. Any of you with kids know how amazing that is!! I've never had hummus THIS good and to know that I made it myself?? Awesome. Not only is making your own SO much cheaper, but it tastes SO much better, too!! Thanks, Giada!! If there was ever a doubt, I now believe you ARE a Goddess!!

I just made this for a wine party and it was GREAT! I did however take the advise from some of the others and used garbanzos in place of the cannellini beans. I also increased the amount of garlic to two cloves and substituted the 1/3 cup of olive oil with tahini sauce. YUMMY!

I served it with cucumber slices and pita chips and only got a couple bites before it was gone!
