I have made this probably twice a week for the past 6 weeks. I first saw Giada make it on the today show over New Years. We love it!!!! I keep fresh parsley in a jar of water on the counter. I just trim the bottoms and place the bunch in the water like fresh flowers. It lasts a long time and this dip haunts me every time I see the parsley. It is so fresh and simple. I don't measure and sometimes add a little more parsley or a little more garlic. It always turns out good. I definitely recommend using kosher or sea salt for the pita chips. I will make this anytime we have company over. Thank you, Giada, for such a quick and simple dip!

I made the dip exactly as the recipe stated. It was very bland and not at all what I expected. Won't make again!

My friend made this dip and brought it to work for me to taste. We are both huge FN fans. This dip is delicious and guilt free eats! My friend followed the recipe to the letter and it tasted great. I'm making it today for my brother's birthday party. I know the family is going to rave about it. I highly recommend this to anyone for a quick and easy party contribution, hostess gift, or snack at home. It's perfect for any reason, season, or celebration. Thank you, Giada!

Delicious. I have had white bean dips in some NYC restaurants and this was really close in flavor and texture. I was skeptical about the parsley, but it really kicked it up nicely. Didn't need much salt added at all. I served it with store-bought pita chips and it was perfect. I would recommend making it a little ahead of time and refrigerating it or it won't be as thick as it should.

I had to doctor this up with extra ingrediaents because it was kind of flat. It wasn't the biggest hit. I added chopped black olives & hot sauce just so it's ave something to it. I usually enjoy fresh tasting recipes like this, but this one just didn't do it for me.

This is by far one of the best dips I have made. I like beans but I dont care for the gritty texture. This dip is so smooth and creamy and full of flavor! I took it to my neighbors last night and we were all hovered over the bowl...it was so good. I will make this again and again! You could even use this as a spread on a sandwhich too!!!

This is my favorite thing to make for a party, its a hearty healthy dip. I love the amount of garlic (sometimes if I'm feeling a little crazy I'll throw in another half clove of garlic and I like to add just a little more lemon juice. The fresh parsley absolutely makes this dip perfect. I like to serve it with store bought pita chips, the homemade ones taste delicious but I like to keep it simple when I'm throwing a party. I will make it again and again!

This dip is great - I added some lemon zest to give even more zing. I used bagged pita chips with sea salt rather than making my own.

I made this dip for friends a few months ago and they're still talking about it. The only thing was is that I blended it too much w/the parsley in there. It came out a little too green which made people wonder exactly what it was. I'll put the parsley in later next time.

This is a great recipe. I make it for all parties and when we have people over. Everyone asks for the recipe and I never have left overs. I cut back to 1 clove of garlic and a tablespoon or two of parsley as they were overpowering the flavor. The pita chips are great too. I make them for my kids and they love them. Much healthier than potato chips!
