I didnt have pita chips so i used regular store bought whole wheat bread. I brushed olive oil over the loafs, then i sprinkled it with some herbs de provence because ididnt have any oregano. It wasnt garlicy enough for me so i more in the bean dip than told, and i also add a little minced garlic on the bread too. delicious!
the parsely definitely makes the white bean dip unique! i love giada!!

This is similar to hummus but different enough to set it apart. My only complaint is that the garlic was a little strong. Next time I'll either cut the garlic in half or roast it first. As usual, Giada always comes up with right mix of flavors and textures. This is good when served right after you make it, but I think it's even better the next day.

I love this dip, but keep an eye on the garlic; and by the way, I am a HUGE garlic fan! I used one large clove of garlic and I would say that that was too much. The taste definately stays with you for a while! = But overall I absolutely loved this dip and it is nice for a healthy snack! Loved the chips too!!

Just came back from a party that had this and I came home and got the recipe. Loved the garlicky taste of this. It was a big hit at the party. Thanks for a great recipe!

This dip is DELICIOUS. We had to substitute dried parsley (fresh was nowhere to be found that day and just used store-bought pita chips, but my boyfriend loved it so much that he ate TWO recipes of the dip in just a couple of days. I will definitely make this again...

It wasn't a huge it at my super bowl party, but it was still very good. Will make again.. maybe it will go over better with roasted garlic.
