unlike a lot of others i actually put more garlic in it. we've had it a handful of times and tried some other beans too. the pita chips were perfect!

I did not add as much olive oil, probably only 1/2 of what it called for, but it has good flavor & is easy to make!

Delicious, and do make the pita chips. You can buy them at the store but it's much cheaper to buy pita bread and make them yourself.

This very healthy and better yet tasty appetizer or snack is a lot like hummus. It is very good!!! Great recipe!

have made this so many times, have lost count!!..it is wonderful and so tasty..I add twice the garlic that it calls for, as we love the extra garlic flavor.... make sure you use regular olive oil, not extra virgin, as it over powers the flavor....I use my stick blender to make this, and it turns out so creamy and well blended....when I make it for my dad who is on a low sodium diet, I leave the salt out of the dip, and off the pita chips, and it is still good!!..a hit with everyone, and is now a family staple at family gatherings...enjoy!

I saw her make this on TV and i immediately went out and bought the stuff to make it. It was so fast and there are so few ingredients. It was very affordable and being a college student that is really important for me. It tastes delicious and it has been a family favorite ever since.
