I always make this for a little party finger food, as an apt.-wide snack, or a small portion of it for my lunch. Absolutely fantastic clean flavors with just the right hint of richness (thank you, olive oil. I sometimes add more cloves of garlic (eek. HIGHLY addictive--be sure to limit yourself!

I (and my husband reall enjoyed this recipe. I put a little less parsley. It is so quick and tasty - beats buying any type of dip. The pita chips are fantastic too!

I make this dip all the time - it is a huge hit with my friends and family - especially the home made pita chips. I changes the spices sometimes to add some variety, but no matter what, it is fabulous!

I made this New Years Eve and one of my girlfriends loved it, but no one else did. The garlic was overpowering, and I am a garlic lover!

I think roasting the garlic first would have made for far better flavor, and not been too overpowering. The pita chips, however, are wonderful! I will try again, except with roasted garlic.

Made this quick dish in about 10 minutes. Used a potato masher instead of a food processor and worked beautifully. Absolutely wonderful, flavorful and very filling!
