This white bean dip was fantastic! It was so easy to make as well. I will keep it as a classic in my recipe box.

I really liked this much more than I thought I would. I only made it because I had all ingredients on hand and needed to bring something to a potluck. It was really good- I didn't need to change a thing. This one's a keeper!

It was easy and good. I ate it with either pita chips or crackers. Yummy!

The pita chips are the best part! I will probably use a touch less oil in the dip next time and a bit more garlic.

but not great. I might make the dip again, but the pita chips in particular weren't worth the effort - I used less olive oil than specified and they still seemed too oily. There are packaged pita chips that I prefer.

This recipe turned out great. The parsely is an amazing backdrop. It was a huge hit at a family picnic. Take the time and make the pita chips, they really go well with the dip.

This dip is SO easy and absolutely delicious! Especially the seasoned pita slices.

This is yet another one of Giada's amazing recipies!

This is so quick, easy, and affordable. It quickly became a favorite of ours to make. I highly reccomend it. When making it at parties, you might want to think about doubling or even tripling the amount--it goes fast!

I only used one (admittedly large clove of garlic, and this was still too strong for a few guests. However, overall it was yummy and very easy to make, so I'll try it again with a smaller clove of garlic!
