This is so quick, easy, and affordable. It quickly became a favorite of ours to make. I highly reccomend it. When making it at parties, you might want to think about doubling or even tripling the amount--it goes fast!

I only used one (admittedly large clove of garlic, and this was still too strong for a few guests. However, overall it was yummy and very easy to make, so I'll try it again with a smaller clove of garlic!

This was so good and really easy to do for a healthy snack, but you don't think that your are eating healthy! You gotta try this one. I made this for a friend that is a vegetarian.

Every time I make this people ask me "what is this??" They can't believe it when I tell them the humble ingredients. This is absolutely delicious, and SO ultra simple to make. Toss it all in a blender and you're good to go! I usually add a little shake of cayenne pepper to give it a little extra yum, but have made it without the cayenne, and it's awesome that way, too! I've served it with the pita chips, sliced french or sourdough bread and even corn tortilla chips, which is my favorite way to eat this dip.

We tried this out on company. It was so easy, and different. I made a double batch, and was amazed -- it was all gone ! They are still calling for the recipe, weeks later.
I'd experiment with roasting the garlic first to add a bit of a sweetness.
