Who knew a can of beans could taste so good when you add some simple ingredients?? This dip is awesome...even my mother-in-law liked it!

my aunt and cousins are vegetarians and italians, i took this dish to thanksgiving and felt like i myself was a foodnetwork host. they absolutely loved it!!! everyone did! the only thing i took home was the serving dishes!!! thanks giada for such an easy and delicious recipe!

Both the dip and the pita chips were delicious. My boyfriend really enjoyed it. I will definitely make this again.

I made this for an appetizer as suggested. It almost blew the main dish everyone ate so much of it. Small confession though. I don't have a food processor at the moment so I subsituted a crab log for the topper on the pita chips. It was fantastic. Can't wait to make more.

Can't wait to make the bean dip either.

I followed the recipe to a "T" and it was wonderful! I LOVE the pita chips and will make this over and over again!

This was fabulous! I made this to serve with wine before dinner......The bowl was licked clean! The pitas were great too.

I made this for some guests and it was a big hit! The garlic and Italian parsley taste so good together. The pita chips were a tasty and healthy alternative to potato chips. My guests ate so much of this appetizer that they barely had room for the main dish! Delicious!
