This recipe was fantastic! I used less oil and added more lemon juice and a touch of vegetable stock instead. Put it on grilled pizza with sauteed spinach. Delicious!

I'm learning to love beans and the recipe definitely helped inch me closer to loving them. My guests loved this as did I. So easy to make too! It has since been made three times because it is just that good! I also set out slices of bell peppers and seedless cucumbers. As I am writing this I'm craving it, I guess I'll be making it tonight!

In addition to being incredibly easy to make, it is so delicious and healthy! Don't change a thing. I make it all the time.

Super fast and easy to make with tons of flavor! I substituted about 1-2 tablespoons of fresh oregano for the parsley. All ingredients that I had on hand for the dip, which makes this an even more appealing recipe. Definitely something I will be making again and again!

great creamy bean dip that my friends always ask me to make... needs a little more lemon juice than is called for and tastes great with chives added too!

LOVE this recipe! I prefer fresh cilantro to parsley. Also, don't skimp on the olive oil because it really does mess with the texture. So easy and delicious! This is my "go to" recipe for a quick snack, lunch or appetizer. I've even made it in advance and taken it on road trips. There's no dairy so it can sit out for awhile. Both the dip and pita chips are yummy warm or at room temperature. Thanks for this - we've really been making good use of this recipe!

I make this dip all of the time. Very fresh and flavorful. I also love that it can sit out for awhile unlike other dips that have mayo or sour cream.

Similar to Hummus, but I believe less fattening since there is no tahini. This was delicious and easy to prepare. I love garlic so I used 3 cloves and added the lemon juice to taste rather than measuring. Used white pepper and cayenne pepper for some bite and a tad of salt. Served it with raw vegetables and it disappeared....
