This salad was wonderful! The flavors just go so well together. I did use spinach in place of the arugula because my arugula had gone bad, but i'm sure it's great no matter which you use!

It's just tuna salad...so why is it so good? I like making a batch at the beginning of the week so my husband and I can take it to work for lunch for a couple of days. I just pack the arugula (or any greens in different containers and combine when ready to eat. I was out of fresh basil last time I made this and used some fresh dill that I had on hand. Yum.

I love this recipe, it's super easy to make and healthy. Especially on a day when I don't feel like spending a lot of time to cook and shop for grocery, this is the perfect recipe for that purpose.

Years ago, an Italian friend of mind brought this a very similar salad into work for everyone and we all loved it. I asked for the recipe and she said her mother always made it but she didn't have a recipe. I could never duplicate it but I always remembered the wonderful taste. When I made this salad, there it was, the same flavors!!
Thank You, and by the way, she called it her Antipasti Salad.

This is my "go to" salad when I don't want a "salad". It's just right for those who like to eat a little of this and a little of that. It satisfies every craving and fills you up just right. Makes me hungry just thinking about it!

I probably made enough for 4, it's just 2 of us, I had one serving (i'm pretty normal but my husband had it all... (he normally eats more than normal people and he would kill me if he knew i was writing this, but back to the salad.. we both loved it and i will definately make it again.

This is just right for after a good workout and you need something healthy light and full of protein. Don't be afraid of the mix of strong flavors, it works very well!
