This is an excellent salad that could not possibly be any easier to prepare. It tastes even better the second day.

I have to say I was a little skeptical about this recipe at first but I think it has become one of our summer favorites now that I have tried it. The lemon juice gave it such a wonderful refreshing taste and what a great way to get in that protein!

This is an amazingly tasteful combination of healthy food - beans and fish. It is quick and easy to serve immediately, or even better, cold and marinated for a day or so. Find tuna fillet in olive oil rather than albacore to bring out the special flavor the oil departs. I have shared this recipe with everyone who has tasted it at my house.

this is the easiest and most convenient of receipes so ideal for summertime and all year round that's why I initially tried it but was so delighted and suprised how good it tastes and even more delighted with how healthy it is for you, it immediately went into my receipe box and is a staple in planning my weekly menus.

I was disapointed with this recipe as was my boyfriend. Usually we love Giadas dishes, but this was lacking something. I added garlic and lemon juice to the dressing, not sure if it helped. One thing, I used Albacore tuna in water because I dont like dark meet tuna and just added some extra EVOO. Maybe that was the problem. Still, will not make again, and had to waste a lot of food as we didnt want the leftovers.

Always a hit whenever I bring it to a gathering. So simply yet looks elegant and different. It's even better the following day with fresh greens (IF there's leftovers!

We were not wild about this recipe at all. I liked the idea of the white beans with tuna, so I might do something with that idea. Even if I don't like a recipe I can usually at least get some kind of inspiration from it!
