So easy and very delicious! I used veggie stock in place of fish broth and it was fine, I would probably use two heads of radicchio next time instead of one. We also used fresh whitefish filets instead of tilapia. I will definitely be making this one again, quick, easy and healthy!

Fish Broth with Radicchio is something I have never seen paired before. My very honest review for the dish as-is (no substitutions is that it is pretty weird. Hard to imagine that this has an acquired taste, but the 'only' thing in the dish that worked for me is the vinaigrette.

My daughter and I just cooked and ate this wonderful dish. Thanks Giada for sharing a unique Italian dish. We're not overly stuffed; but, very satisfied.

Found the bean base bland, as well as the fish. The vinaigrette does help, but I feel like there are much better recipes out there for this type of entree.

I made this with basa fish -- it was really good, I agree with the other reviewers that the lemon vinaigrette really made this dish. I will definitely make it again

This dish is great! It is light but filling and very fresh. The vinaigrette is the highlight. I also subbed spinach and it was fantastic.

This dish is amazing-- it's so flavorful! I've made it hundreds of times, and I just never get tired of it. I use spinach instead of radicchio, like a lot of other people, and it's great. I made it tonight with chicken instead of fish-- delicious!

This has been one of my consistent favorites since I first made it a few years ago, I could make it in my sleep by now. I recently got married and my husband hates tilapia, but it's fantastic with shrimp or arctic char, and tuna steaks have become my new favorite. I love it with radicchio but it's difficult to find where I'm living at the moment, so I substitute baby spinach or swiss chard. I'll probably continue to do so because I'm not sure my husband or other somewhat picky eaters would enjoy the slight bitterness of the radicchio. Either way, it's delicious!
