This has been one of my consistent favorites since I first made it a few years ago, I could make it in my sleep by now. I recently got married and my husband hates tilapia, but it's fantastic with shrimp or arctic char, and tuna steaks have become my new favorite. I love it with radicchio but it's difficult to find where I'm living at the moment, so I substitute baby spinach or swiss chard. I'll probably continue to do so because I'm not sure my husband or other somewhat picky eaters would enjoy the slight bitterness of the radicchio. Either way, it's delicious!

The lemon vinaigrette is to die for! I could use that as a salad dressing, a dip--anything would taste good with it. The tilapia were delicious, but in lieu of the radicchio and beans I made a saute of sliced endive, cremini mushrooms and peas that was quite good as an accompaniment to the fish. The vinaigrette is the star of this recipe.

I make this dish all the time. It is a complete meal-no side dishes needed. I substituted fresh spinach for the radicchio. I often double the vinaigrette recipe because it taste so good. Like other users I use tiliapia and chicken broth (where do you even find fish broth?!. Great yummy filling quick meal.

The vinaigrette really made this dish! I am so in love with it. I made enough to save for another dish. I'm going to use it with pasta and shrimp! I can't wait!

I make this all the time. I usual add my own twist to most recipes I try but not this one. Matching the beans with the tart almost sourness of the radicchio is brilliant. That all matches perfectly with the citrus and herbs in the vinaigrette and the crispiness of the tilapia. This meal is so light and refreshing.

The Lemon Vinegrette makes this dish. After reading reviews, I used spinach.n Didn't have the beans so I know this will be over the top the next time I have ALL the ingredients. Very light, easy and fast to make!

Used fresh walleye and substituted rapini for the radiccho, it was really good. Followed the rest of the recipe exactly.

My husband and I make this very often. I too use Tilapia & chicken broth. Instead of Raddichio (too bitter for me I use fresh Spinach...to die for!

I used Tilapia from Whole Foods, so far my fave place to get Tilapia. I couldn't believe how mouth watering this dish is. It is so good. Another fave in my house. Gia's recipes are keeping me from eating out anymore. I completely followed the recipe to a t. I made just add more of the beans and radiccio because it is just so good.

Great meal to prepare for a romantic evening as well.

I used Tilapia for this recipe because I had it handy in the freezer and it came out perfectly. It was tender yet a little crispy and was literally falling apart at the touch of a fork. The vinaigrette was also superb and added the perfect splash of freshness and acidity. However, the Raddichio was way too bitter and ruined the dish for me. The cannelini beans were delicious and perhaps if they were paired with a milder leafy vegetable, like red cabbage as another reviewer suggested (which I think is a great idea!, they would be more appreciated. None the less, the fish was great and my entire family was raving about it!
