    We made this for supper the very night we watched the program... I couldn't believe how incredibly EASY it was to make - and quick - and DELICIOUS! In my husband's words: this is a HIT!

    I did not have any lemons so I tried limes instead at it was really, really good. I don't like white fish but the sauce made it unbelievably good.

    Made this exactly like the recipe and it turned out great -- my family raved that it was a restaurant quality meal. Little did they know how easy it was to make. Next time I will use regular cabbage instead of raddichio, which I find to be a bit to bitter for my liking, though the color was a beautiful contrast to the greenish sauce.

    I made this immediately after the show because I had Tilapia defrosting and all the ingredients except the radicchio. I substitued 1/3 red cabbage for that instead and the beans came out wonderful. The fish's Lemon Vinaigrette sauce was tangy and a real change of pace. I loved the combinations. I used a mini food processor to blend the vinaigrette instead of the blender.
