This was a delicious and light dish. I forgot the fish broth so I used half chicken broth and half white wine - still great

This recipe was sooo delicious. The presentation was beautiful. The color of the sauce so vibrant and tasty. It was like a meal at an upscale restaurant. I will make it again at my next dinner party. I used Tilapia and the sauce was perfect on this light fish.

Two of my sisters made this and it was great every time, so I decided to cook this myself for my husband, who said, "MMm-mmm-mmm." He was very pleased with both the taste and presentation. I'm glad I made it because I was able to enjoy it again. My sister was over for leftovers, and she said she was very lucky to be over to enjoy the dish. I think it's definitely a recipe to please guests, especially those who appreciate this fish. This is one of the most impressive dishes I have ever made, and I will definitely make it again in the future.

Excellent!! I loved the flavors altogether. The radiccio still retained a slightly bitter flavor, but it was blanced out by the vinagrette. I had to substitute chicken broth for the fish broth, but it still tasted wonderful! I will definitely make this again.

The radicchio was too bitter for us. I'll try spinach next time. However, the fish and vinaigrette were delicious!

My husband is not crazy about the bitter taste of radicchio, but I thought this dish was terriffic. It makes an elegant presentation and is easy to make.
